I have been in Sales my whole life. A large portion of that has been in the corporate world of automotive manufacturing. Negotiating with large car companies all over the world allowed me to gain great negotiating skills. I fell in love with real estate when I bought my first income property and became a landlord years ago. I have a large family and totally understand the changing needs of home ownership. My life experiences allow me to coach all of my clients; from first time buyers to seniors looking to downsize.
To ensure that I am able to give my clients the fullest and most satisfying buying or selling experience, I continually hone my skills. I have acquired my ABR (accredited buyer representative) and my SRES (senior real estate specialist). I have lived in the Waterloo region for years and plan to stay here permanently. In my free time I love to golf, travel, and take in an occasional play. I am passionate about what I do and my clients benefit greatly from that passion.
